Immunization Question

<p>I went in Friday to get polio, so I should be up-to-date. </p>

<p>Kind of weird though, the immunization form asks you to either fax the two pages or email them. I tried scanning and emailing but the message bounced back twice… Cross my fingers that the fax went through. And should I take a copy instead of the original, or does it not matter?</p>

<p>I’m also taking a copy, so that should be fine. I emailed them for confirmation that they received it, and it took about 2 months for them to confirm, lol. As long as you have a copy, you shouldn’t get pricked any more than you have to.</p>
