Impact of Zero Hour?

<p>Our school offers on optional extra class period which is before the regular start of school. I took up on this option 1 semester in sophomore year, and 2 in my junior. How will colleges look at this? Will it make a good impact, or will it do nothing?</p>

<p>If you use it to take a more challenging course schedule, I think it would be a plus. Our HS offers a zero hour as well, and an extra period after school.</p>

<p>If you use it for PE, none. Personally, I’d save the sleep even if it is for an academic course.</p>
