Impacted majors and admissions

<p>Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the impacted majors at uci specifically in engineering and what it would take to get into the school if i was planning to look into those majors.</p>

<p>My UC GPA is at 3.68 (weighted GPA - 3.92) with
2040 sat score 200 hrs of comm service
4s on 4 ap tests
2 varsity sports
officer of 3 clubs and in asb.</p>

<p>Would those above stats be qualified enough to enter an impacted major at uci, or yet alone get into the university itself?</p>

<p>UCI does not have a good engineering program, so yes i think anyone with a pulse can get in.</p>

<p>… UCI does have a good engineering program. Unless you consider jumping 13 (or was it 14 places) to #34 in ranking to be crap.</p>

<p>Nursing is very selective because they have a very limited amount of spots. for Bio Sci or Engineering you would be fine.</p>
