@abhi

Wow, many of you people in this thread are like the current administration completely disregarding habeas corpus and the constitution. If you can't understand the values the founding fathers created this country on then you don't deserve to discuss who receives what treatment.

"Impeach Bush and start practicing living under Islamic law. How many of you like wearing your Sleeping Bag to School? "

Let me guess: your next favorite site is littlegreenfootballs.com ? So holding somebody accountable for their actions will result in a theocracy? Hmmm...interesting points.

For an Indian (most likely 2nd generation?) you are one of the most xenophobic people I have ever met. Although, this is very typical of many Indians, many are very wary of Muslims(read:bigoted), there are exceptions, but you are obviously not.

If you don't appreciate the values of a democracy then get out of here/don't come here and go to/stay at whatever monarchical nation you want. Try to get a great education there.

Hey abhi, here's a quick US history question:

What of the following values are this country not based on?

a. life
b. liberty
c. pursuit of happiness
d. justice
e. holding people with no evidence with no court trial set.

Assuming you're dark-skinned, go to an airport yelling "I hate America!!!". Congratulations on successfully figuring out how to be sent to Cuba for the rest of your life.

Back to the original topic, I am all for getting rid of this current administration, but impeaching Bush will not do anything. There are plenty of cold-hearted monsters to take his place/stay in US politics (John Bolton, Robert Gates, Cheney, etc.). Belevee it or not, Bush is the lesser of the evils compared to those who would gain more influence after being removed from the presidency.

I hope you do not declare your major as politics. I do not think college can enlighten people with your line of thinking but good luck.
