<p>I would think one “W” is no big deal. Three or more (I know someone who has 7!) would raise a red flag. I would expect this especially to be the case if the W was in the same class (a required one) over and over again.</p>
<p>Also, I really don’t think most prospective employers are going to look at your transcript.</p>
