Hello all, first time poster.

Do you think there is a difference among the officer positions in a club, in regards to importance to college admissions people?

I know President and VP of a club are the top two, but is there any difference between the Secretary and Treasurer?

Thanks

I think it depends on the club.

Like I think the ASB Treasurer has a more important job than the secretary.

But then there's also probably some clubs where the secretary is more important. It's all relative if you think about it.

Overall, is there a preferred position?

Again, I think that depends on the club.

Like for example, being president of ASB is going to be more impressive than being president of some obscure club no one has ever heard of.

^ I disagree. I think that ait doesn't matter wwhat position you are. I think no matter what position you are, it shows leadership and responsibility whether it's secretary or president. A lot of the time, the president doesn't do as much as the rest.

^ In my school, the president is usually the only one who does anything, and all the other club offices are meaningless from VP to secretary to whatever, and are just ppl seeking to become president or have a fake leadership role to get into college. President= dictator. The other offices do no more than people who arent in the club
