Hi! i’m currently a junior and I’m planning to take some rigorous courses next year (senior).
That’s because i don’t have a great gpa this year ;c ( 3 A’s 3B’s). I screwed up because I had family issues and stuff… but a lot of people tell me that i should not take those courses because UC’s don’t really care about your senior year.
i was hoping that i can probably bump my gpa or something with my senior year but i guess I can’t?
What’s the truth?lol

No, definitely focus on getting a good GPA in case you get a supplemental application. They ask for you senior grades and evaluate them as harshly as they do your junior and sophomore grades.

Oh great! so do you think if I get a good GPA in senior year, it might help me? :o hopefully…

It’s also a good idea to take those classes for AP credit. You’ll be happier later down the line when you have more AP credit and better class registration times.
