<p>How important is the interview for admission to Rice? The academic side of my application is very strong (at least I think so), with ~3.97-3.98 GPA, hardest classes in HS, 110+ community college/university dual-enrollment credits, and a 36 composite (36 on all sections except the writing, where I have a 9/12). My all my recs should be strong-excellent, and ECs are below average for CC, but show a lot of commitment. So then, how much will no interview or a weak one hurt my app? Sorry for turning this into chances thread, but basically, how importance is the interview?</p>
<p>the interview only helps your app, it is not supposed to hurt it if you dont do one.</p>
