Hi! I am a senior in high school, hoping to go to the University of Florida. I have always received straight A's. I have a weighted 5.02 GPA prior to my senior year and unweighted 3.96. All of my classes have been AP, honors, or AICE quality. I have been a varsity cheerleader for all four years & I am captain for my senior year. I also have been on the varsity softball team for the past three years & will be for the upcoming season as well. I will also be captain. MVP for both sports & all county. I have volunteered many hours to a memory care center for those with Alzheimer's and hope to volunteer at a hospital very soon. I hope to major in biomedical science and be a doctor for oncology or pediatrics someday. Second semester of my junior year, I started early admission to Edison State College and will have completed 47 college credits, maintaining a 4.0 GPA hopefully. I recently took the SAT in October for the first time and received a score of 1620. 600 on math, 540 on critical reading and 480 on writing. I am really upset and have been stressing out. With all aspects considered will I be accepted to UF or FSU?

I've decided to take the ACT in December & have registered already. Will these scores be sent to UF & FSU or will it be too late? & Should I take the SAT again or just take the ACT?

I am also applying to UCF and FAU.

Thanks for all the help.
