<p>can individuals applying any US colleges apply for it?
and can internationals that are prospective US students apply ?
what is the deadline for applying?
do they need my SAT score? because I will be giving SAT for the first time in october so its not possible to get them before late october.
is this scholarship just for some particular college major?
is this scholarship need based as well or just merit based?</p>

<p>I believe all colleges are qualified (or the vast majority of mainstream schools).
No internationals. Only US nationals, residents, citizens, refugees are allowed.
Aug 1 - Oct 31.
No SAT score for first application (2200 are selected for secondary)
Any college major.
Both. Seems more for merit though.</p>

<p>The application is online. There’s no essay, and you can flip through the pages to see what you need.</p>
