<p>Yes, on paper, in a stamped envelope addressed to 1 College Hall, Room 1, Philadelphia, PA 19104-6376. Yes, fill in your name, CommonApp ID, etc. My son did this and was admitted. Impossible to say whether it made any diff, of course. Think hard about whether your app would be materially lacking without the extra rec.</p>
