jerrylaurie, I'm having the same problem.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one. I was excited for Dan to get the notice, but it would be nice to get other important information.....

Laurie

i think all the people who got letters so far are from massachusetts, right? the rest of the east coast should receive their letters tomorrow and everyone else after that?

I'm from Mass and we got ours today. I think anyone from outside the Boston area probably will take -1-2 extra days.

Accepted today!!!!! wooooooo sooo glad, Im right outside Boston. Although BC isn't my first choice, its still nice to get in!

ps-I had the same trouble with the financial aid Agora website that is mentioned by jerrielaurie

Other Factors:
General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc: BC was my number 5...has jumped to be my number 3 after getting rejected from Duke and waitlisted at Northwestern (still waiting to hear from Tufts and Brown...haha)

I heard BC only gives 15 full-ride Presidential Scholarships and devotes the rest of their endowment on financial aid.

I'm accepted.
I did not receive a financial aid letter either. I called yesterday complaining about why they did not update the status of my css profile and fasfa. As it turns out, due to some glitch in the system, they could not connect to those documents, which means they have not yet calculated my financial aid package. But they did reassure me that this would not jeopardize my chances of receiving aid and that I would receive them, just later.

So if the status of those documents is shown as not received on your agora website, contact the financial aid department, so they'll look out for yours.

ck, you give us deferred people hope!

at my school 7 total applied to bc, 6 applied early
-2 rejected
-2 accepted early
-2 deferred

in the regular round
-both deferees accepted
-1 RD person admitted

from what i hear, BC only defers people they REALLY think are qualified to be accepted regular. and i mean, its still a crapshoot, but you have a good chance still

so does everyone have the link "final aid award notification" ??

I'm crossing my fingers that Georgia people will maybe, hopefully receive their decisions today (March 27th). My older sister attends BC and the wait is absolutely killing me!

Did any of your application status page's message change before you got the decision in the mail?

I called BC a few minutes ago and was told that the financial aid decisions will be posted Monday. The site says they need my 2007 tax return, but they told me they do have it.

I'm moving my thoughts to the other schools for which my son is waiting decisions.

WAHOO I GOT IN!! (upstate ny)

i got the res life like a week ago, but it's not there now.

Are decisions only in large envelops? What about a wait list?
