<p>I had that same question!! But I found out later–the schedules are the attachments, like the Earned Income Credit, etc etc. There’s more stuff to it, but it should be attached with your entire tax return (all 10+ pages)</p>

<p>Yes, tax forms should be faxed to the financial aid office. You can check to see if they have been received somewhere, but I forgot where it is on the website.</p>
<p>Also, there is no need to submit any schedule a, c, or anything unless you/your parents filed one of those with you/their actual tax returns this year. You send Columbia exactly what you sent the IRS; no more, no less.</p>
