<p>The UC college app opened up yesterday and the period for submission is Oct.1-Nov.30
I have taken every test required except the Oct. 9 SAT2 and the OCT. 23 ACT test. The test scores for both these tests should be in around Nov. 15ish
MY QUESTION being that is it best to wait until I have everything and then submit mt app or should I submit the app without the ACT score early? Thank you!</p>
