I lived in Tennessee, and recently my Mon just found a new job in Indiana, so our whole family will be moving there soon and make Indiana our permenant home. Also they have decided that I should attend Purdue as well. I have not been to Indiana before so I definitely have to pay the OOS tuition for my first year. My question is, for my second year, my family and I will have already been settle in Indiana and have live there for 12 months already, so can I go to the financial office and change my residency status for non tuition purpose?

I would assume so after after reading the Residency requirements on their website. However, you should give the F.A. Office a call and know the real information. I hear its VERY hard to get residency so they might wonder why your mom found a job in Indiana than one in Tennessee since it wasn’t a job transfer also.
