I've applied to Penn RD. Recently, I recieved access to my Penn portal. Upon entering I found I was missing the following items: Counselor Recomendation and Transcripts

Firstly, The Counselor Recommendation. What is that? they said they received my Secondary School Report, but I don't know what the Counselor Rec is because I sent all my common App forms in

Secondly, Transcripts. Are these the mid year reports? or what are these? Aren't transcripts included in the Secondary Report?

This problem happened during ED to some applicants as well. It is simply a glitch (as I recall) with the system. Counselor Recommendation and Transcripts are both a part of the Secondary School Report. Wait a bit and then contact them to confirm.

Counselor Recommendation: Just like you asked two teachers for recommendations, ask your counselor to write a letter of recommendation for you. He/she too have the option of submitting it online or mail it in. If you don’t have an assigned counselor at your H.S, call Penn and ask if any other school official will do.
Transcripts: Your school office should give you a copy of your grades and courses taken (9-12), GPA, credits remaining etc. They should be in a official, sealed envelope. At DD’s school, her assigned counselor takes care of this too.

It is assumed that OP applied through the CommonApp which means all of these things should be taken care of. OP, look on the CommonApp. Does it say that the secondary school report was submitted or downloaded?
