<p>It's been about 20 days now, and my app status on the Penn portal remains stating I have my transcript and Counselor Rec missing. Yet, this seems rather odd to me because my secondary school report has been received. They were all in one envelope. How should I approach this situation? </p>

<p>You can try calling the admissions office and checking with them</p>
<p>Yeah, call the Office of Admissions or email your regional counselor. Keep in mind, they don’t really update the Portal that often during the process. Mine never updated and trust me, I freaked out. I still got accepted. Take a deep breath, call and it’ll get resolved.</p>

<p>My materials were MIA until November 26, 25 days after the ED deadline. My counselor got a notice saying they received the materials, yet they somehow misplaced them. He had to re-fax them over, but they accepted the materials, apologized, and I was accepted. CALL ADMISSIONS! Good luck, you should be fine!</p>
