<p>I don't know of a way to find places with particular minors. Check for majors (a place like <a href="http://www.petersons.com%5B/url%5D">www.petersons.com</a> will give you a list) and then go to the web sites of the individual departments. They will usually tell you if a minor is possible.</p>
<p>I would assume that any place with a music major will also allow this as a minor, except for music conservatories themselves, of course.</p>
<p>The title "minor" is of little or no value in music or any other field. I believe you should look for colleges that offer music opportunities which fit your needs.</p>
