IMPORTANT University of Illinois Question

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is my number 1 choice.
I'm just afraid that they won't accept too many people out of state (I live in Ohio). Do you think that I have a chance to get in with:

3.4 w GPA (dunno the unweighted, but its not that big of a difference)
African American
Really good extra curriculars (trust me, I'm in about 13 of the 20 clubs offered at my school for more than two years. I'm also President of two clubs)
26 ACT, 600 MATH, 510 VERB. (will be retaking all of these tests in October)
3 AP classes: Spanish, Biology, and Statistics (currently taking)
3 Honors classes: Physics, World History, and English (all already taken)
LEAD program at Duke University (University of Illinois is also a host school for this program)
Ohio Business Week and Ashland University Scholar

Do you think I could get in???

*I think I want to major in either Finance or Engineering

Also, what are my safety/match/reach schools (UIUC included)? I'm applying to:
Syracuse, Miami, OSU, Duke (just cause I went there over the summer for three weeks), Ohio University, Purdue, Georgia Tech, and (my mom's making me) UMich.

THANKS!!

you have a good shot at Illinois. you have practically no shot however at Duke or UMich. also, being in a lot of clubs is not impressive, but the dedication you show in them is what is important. being presidents of 2 clubs is good- focus on things like that, not listing 13 clubs...
