IMPORTANT: What are my chances?

I'm currently in 11th grade and will be applying to colleges next school year. I would like to have your feedback on how I can improve my chances of getting into schools, and what my chances are.

Schools: Cal Poly SLO (Major-Finance)
SDSU
UCSB
UC Irvine
Sophomore Year (I'm including only academic classes)
Chemistry 1/2: B/C
Algebra 3/4: B/B
HS English 3/4: A/A
AP European History: B/B/A (The last trimester was a seminar class which was for elective credit.
Spanish 6: A
Design Mixed Media 2: A

Junior Year (I'm including academic classes during the first two trimesters, I'm in the third trimester).
American Lit 1: A
Physics 1/2: B/B
Advanced Function Analysis: A/A
U.S History 1:A
Marketing Economics: A/A

CSU GPA: 3.62 (probably a 3.69 after this trimester)
ACT: Taking it this summer.
SAT: CR: 540 M:620 W:580= 1740
(CR+M)= 1160
AP European History Exam: 3
Extra curricular activities (During my sophomore year)
Fall- Club Volleyball
Spring- JV Volleyball

(Junior Year)
Spring- Varsity Volleyball

My Stats:
White/Male
2 siblings that went to Cal Poly SLO
I am a California resident
My school's API score is 800 something. Sate rank of 10/10. 10 is the best.

Cal Poly SLO: High match/Reach
SDSU: High match
UCSB: Reach
UCI Merage: Reach

Try another CSU if you can do so at all…

You’ll probably want to raise your SAT score if at all possible, that’ll make you a little more competitive. The B’s and your C sophomore year will drag you down, so this year aim for straight A’s. EC’s definitely need improvement. At this point, everything is probably high match/reach.
Chance me back?

What would you say my chances are percentage-wise for SLO and UCSB? (A rough estimate is fine).

What makes SDSU a high match for me?
