At my school some classes have a reputation for being practically impossible or, more so, extremely difficult to get As in.
Which classes are the hardest to do well in at your school?
Im curious to see if there are any specific course that are VERY difficult in most places.

At my school: AP US History takes the honors, followed by AP Chemistry . and AP Physics C.

Our AP US teacher is an old guy who has taught AP for like 15 years or something and even people who get Cs in his classes supposedly get 5s on the AP exam.
Any other classes like this?

AP Physics is the only "impossible" class at my school. AP Euro is rumored to be really hard, but it really isn't if you can BS essays well enough.

it depends more on the teacher at my school...

All english classes (VERY few A's)
AP Chem (too much lab analysis)
AP Bio (it is bio...)
AP Calc BC (generally difficult because this class = AB and BC material)
AP Comp Gov

AP Euro is supposed to be brutal, it's known as the hardest class in the school. AP Physics C and AP Bio are also supposed to be really difficult...

I find the AP Chem tests to be very difficult (a B is a good grade, and that's after a bonus problem and a slight curve). I usually make up for that by turning in all of the homework and getting high As on lab reports, ending up with a nice, healthy A-.

AP Physics B - hardest class easily
AP Statistics- believe it or not
IB English 4 - really hard if you get this one teacher
IB Chemistry - omg. death class, but best teacher EVER!!!!
AP French and Spanish- foreign Language. say more?
IB Spanish - all the teachers are unfair

I go to a Canadian school... but:
Gr. 12 University/Gifted Calculus and Vectors - good teacher, difficult tests
Gr. 12 University/Gifted Economics - amazing teacher, deathly marker
Gr. 12 University/Gifted Biology - good teacher, grade deflation

AP Language and Composition is definitely up there; it's the only class where I felt (and feel) like I have a very legitimate chance of getting a C.

AP World History is just as hard from what I've heard.

Honors British Lit - ridiculously hard to get an A in (I think there were like 3 As given out and like 60 kids took the class). Crapload of work too: Mon-Thurs had 2 quizes a day (one vocab and one reading). Every Friday was a test (either vocab or reading). Lots of essays too.

AP Euro, the only AP class offered to 10th graders, is supposedly 100% pure concentrated hell. The teacher works you so hard that you get a 5 on the AP test but still get a D average in the class.

& 11th grade Honors English is supposed to be like a huge *****slap in the face for juniors. Not looking forward to it.
