Improve my chances of getting in?

Hi,

I'm a private school student from Massachusetts, and McGill is one of my top choices, but I know how selective it is considering they only look at grades and test scores.
I have a 29 ACT (33 E 30 R 30M 23S) and
1950 SAT (700W 610M 640CR)
I know, my ACT science score is absolutely awful and completely unfortunate, but I am hoping to study English and Art History.
I looked at last year's acceptance forum, and my chances are looking pretty waitlisty, so is there anything I can do to improve my chances of getting in?

Thanks for your help!

They will also look at your IB/AP scores. Consider those as well.

I only know a little about IB requirements. The lowest admitted last year was a 34 for arts - aim for 37 and above to have a very good chance.
SATs would count a lot for AP applicants and yours is fine.
