I called 2-3 weeks ago that I would get to make the official MIT EA decision thread. Furthermore, said thread will not be opened, or even discussed, until the date for online decisions is officially set. The decision thread will then be opened 3 days before the aforementioned “decision day,” and not any earlier.

Have a nice day. (and please realize that I’m being sarcastic. But seriously, this is way, way too early, and I did call that I got to make this thread)

Don’t worry about it, we forgive you. I just don’t think we need to go all AHHHH MOTHERLAND DECISIONS on each other before they’ve even posted a date. In light of that, I might as well plug this: [Flash » The End of the World](The End of the World).

Oh, thanks. And there, apparently, I say that it shall be made when decisions are officially in the mail.

So here’s the official stance- as soon as decisions are in the mail, you all are free to pester me via PM and the variety of threads we’re all posting on until I make one official one for decisions. I’ll follow the blogs closely to make sure I open the thread in a timely manner. We’ll just call it “Official Early Action Decisions Thread- MIT 2012.” That way, future classes can search and find it more easily.

ALSO (and I’ll remind you guys of this on that thread), please be sure to update your stats profiles. Keep in mind that this will prove invaluable for next year’s class in evaluating their own chances. Think of how nice it would have been if last year’s class did that for us!

And assuming decisions are mailed on the 14th (so online decisions can be on the 15th), 11 more days.

=P This thread should be renamed “The Official Prospective MIT 2012 Procrastination Thread.” Or maybe the “Let’s all fail out of high school before decisions come out!” thread. Or something to that effect.

Has played Desktop Destoyer for the past 2 hours

Well, first and foremost, this thread is refining my interhighway social skills, plus, the lethargy is much needed rest after a 16 mile excursion in which I was almost blown into the bushes multiple times. However, my equilibria homework is still at the same spot it was when I got home…

P.S - Superbad and Pirates of the Caribbean come out tomorrow…absolutely nothing is getting done…lol

Just got back from senior project; sounds like a good day to procrastinate some more! =D

I knew someone who beat Notpron, but I’m fairly sure he cheated part of the way. Anyone remember Thisisnotporn?

The Impossible Quiz was up on MIT’s admissions site during the downtime in October =O! I played it for about 20 minutes and gave up around 40 or so.
