Improvement and Chances for Phillips Academy, Andover ?

Hi, I was looking over for some top boarding schools, and PA really caught my eye.
So I would just like to know on how to improve my chances of getting into PA and my current standing chances. I have a feeling that my chances would probably be really low but hopefully I have some time to redeem myself.

Just a little background info: I'm originally Indian, but I was born in Malaysia. Around two years ago, I moved to Dubai. I've finished year 10 and will be going into year 11 around the start of September.
I follow the british curriculum, so that means I do my GCSE's. GCSE's are standardized tests that you do when you're about 16 years old.
In year 10, I've done a Science GCSE so far, and I got an A

My predicted grades for the rest of my GCSE'S are:

English: A
English Literature: A
Maths: A*
Science1: A
Science 2: A
French: A
Economics: A*
Business Studies: A*
Psychology: A*

The part I know is definitely gonna pull me down to the ground with my applications, is the fact that I don't really have any extra-curricular activities.

I mean I was apart of the Charity Committee last year, and I probably will be the following year as well. I joined the choir in my primary school days. And I did too as I moved to Dubai, however since the teacher moved, the choir hasn't been the same.

And as for sports, all I live, love, breathe and do Pilates as my own side. But I doubt that's going to help me much with applications.

This year Will be my last year in Dubai however, and I was hoping to polish myself into the sparklish diamond everyone thinks I could be! (I'm yet to know as, unfortunately I've been slacking all this while :( )

I'm not really good, or interested in any particular sport really, but perhaps I could take one up ? Maybe tennis, or badminton. and maybe even Netball.

I really do love singing, I sing in the church choir occasionally, but I also doubt that putting this on my application will be of much use to me :(

Please tell me what I could do in order to increase my chances of getting into PA. Honestly, the school is so breath-taking with all it's courses. Put me at the bottom of the status quo, but that school makes me eager lo learn more and do the best I can!

Ooh! I've almost forgotten, I'm also On the schools Gifted and Talented programmes.

So again, any reccommendations on improving myself ?

Also, one last thing. I've heard that you need to take SAT's along with your application.
Since I don't reside in the U.S., I haven't heard much about them.
What are they like ? What score would you usually need to get into PA ?
