So I know that my essay was bad (I tried to cram in 3 body paragraphs and couldn't conclude it at well so I'm guessing that had to do with my score). What sort of things should I try to do before taking them again in March?

I've tried using sparknotes to really just see all of the concepts in front of me. I own the blue book and have done about 7 practice tests. If anyone could direct me to some sites whether it be for vocabulary, practice questions, or concepts, I'd really like to take a gander and look at them.

I'm trying to be recruited for college athletics to Ivies and have been told I'd need at least 700 in each section, but obviously the higher the better.

I used collegeboard’s online course and practice tests to go up 170 points in a month. Also, I got a 10 on my essay by using two examples (one literary, one historical) with an intro & conclusion. It’s important to fill up both pages. Good luck!

The calculation the Ivies use for athletic recruiting weights the M score twice as heavily as the W & CR, so focus your energies there, if Ivy recruiting is your goal. That math score is probably five or six incorrect; careless errors are difficult to avoid on SAT math but more practice may help.

One point on the essay can be 30-40 points so follow advice from above poster.

Take more practice tests, timed, in test-like conditions. Carve out three plus hours and just sit and take the tests. The CB site will have one more on-line that you can use for practice.
