Improving Chances?

Hello, everyone!

This is my very first post, so try not to be too harsh. Anyways, I was wondering if a recent event will greatly enhance my chances of going to an Ivy League college. The event that I am speaking of is that I recently got accepted into a special academy. This academy is special because it takes place on an university campus where students who got in complete their junior and senior years of high school by taking college classes at the university. It is also special because these students live on campus and graduate with at least sixty college credit hours. Given the limited information about this academy I was wondering if being accepted and doing well would better my chances of getting into an Ivy League college or even Stanford? Thank you very much!

It would probably be considered but your GPA and Standardized Tests will always be most important

Well, I currently have a unweighted GPA of 4.0 and plan on trying my best to maintain this GPA. While at the academy I am also doing undergraduate research with other college students and may even study abroad. Would these two things also look great when applying?
