Improving my extracurriculars?

So, as the title says, I'm looking for any recommendations or advice anyone can give about my EC's. I have only three of them, which makes me feel really inferior to all the superstars on this site, but here goes...

Varsity lacrosse: 4 years. Some major achievements.
Japanese Culture Club: 4 years, president.
Student Government: Secretary (9), Vice President (10), President (11).

I'm not sure if this is considered an EC, but I went on a student exchange program to Japan in the fall semester of my sophomore year.

Lacrosse is a major time committment for me, and with school and everything (I'm taking a very challenging course load, most of my courses are Honors/AP), I couldn't really squeeze much more in there, unless I wanted to totally give up my social life. So, I'm kind of stuck.

Thanks,
Me :)

What are you asking? Is your EC profile good enough? Should you add more?

Many schools don’t even ask the EC question, it’s all about GPA and test scores. There are a handful of elites that do care but who knows exactly how important that list is too them. Would it be nice if you had some community service hours? Sure. Would it help if you were in the school musical? Probably. But at this point you are what you are, heaping on a pile of new ECs as a senior is most likely going to look like the resume padding it is and therefore be counterproductive. Add another EC to your list if you want to not because you think it’s going to be some sort of tipping point at an elite college.
