You just have to understand the material. The act is very easy to study for because they present you with the same thing over and over. First you have to know how much time you have before the next test date. If you have months buy Cracking the ACT and go through that book and write down notes. Know what subjects you are weak in. So I recommend you take a section of each test and time yourself. I used to take 15 questions off the english test and time myself for 9 minutes if I didn’t want to take the entire thing. For math you have to learn all the formulas and how to do each problem and your set. Reading is just about practice and taking notes. As for science I can’t help you there because I’m terrible in it. I got a 28 on my act by following a routine everyday. I’m retaking it in the fall because I know I can do better. Don’t give up. Anything is possible.
