Hey all!

I took the March SAT and recently got my score back:
M - 490
CR - 560
W - 550

I'm hoping to improve by at least 100 points for all these sections and I'm planning to take the SATs again on October. Any tips?

All I can say is know all the concepts in Math, Writing.
For this, get as many SAT practice books as you can. Practice until the point you can see the pattern in the concepts tested frequently. Once you take the tests, go thoroughly over wht you got wrong. Know why you got them wrong and remember or take notes in a notebook or something.
For CR, learn to read actively. Read and understand it or form a movie in your mind about what is happening (like me). And same here. Keep practicing! BE committed!

Anything is possible. I increased my score by 230 points with just reviewing some strategies online and taking at most three practice tests before taking the SAT. Strategies I found most helpful were in cr skim questions before reading and bracket the lines involving the question and answer as you read, and on the vocab the questions are in order of difficulty so I know that the last vocab question’s answer is not likely to be something like hatred. For the writing sections, I just learned most of the errors commonly found and reviewed those. Good luck!
