@javascript some people have trouble deciding if they really want to come to IMSA for various reasons, and it may not really dawn on them that they’ll be living away from home until move in day. They’re not “irresponsible” if they decide that it’s not a good idea in the end. Speaking as a current IMSA student, this place is really different from what a lot of people might be used to, and they can decide to not come at any point in time. Plus this allows for people on the waitlist to move in, and most of them are prepared for this possibility. IMSA can bring people in from the waitlist at any point up until the end of move in day, so IMSA doesn’t need need much time.

@captain1929 there is little difference in thickness between the acceptance and the rejection letter if I remember correctly, but the acceptance letter is very slightly thicker because there are a couple other things to fill out and send back.

acceptance letters should have a red line of text at the bottom that says something like data sensitive info
