Hi everyone,
So it looks like I will have 3 C's by the end of this year (2 in AP Chemistry and 1 in Anatomy and Physiology). I am worried that might mean rescission. Obviously, this is unacceptable. So, what should I do about it? I am thinking of waiting it out, and telling them after I am accepted, if I am.

Don’t do anything. Even if you are accepted, and you do get 3 C’s, wait for them to bring it up. Meantime, work hard to not have 3 C’s.

C’s aren’t likely to result in your acceptance being rescinded anyway - D’s and F’s yes.

What AmicaMom said. Don’t say anything. I’ve only heard of one guy in my high school (like 4 years ago) who got his acceptance rescinded because of 2 Ds in his final semester.

I think you’ll be fine. I haven’t heard of people being rescinded for C’s. It’s usually reserved for when you fail everything after being accepted, because you think that you don’t have to work anymore. At most you’d get a letter from UW saying “we hope you’ll do better while you’re here.” (which I did hear of someone getting)

UW accepts you before they see any senior year transcripts. UW ALL CAMPUSES REQUIRE END OF YEAR TRANSCRIPTS. So you can’t get out of it. As far as I know no one I know has ever been rescinded except when they actually failed a class.
