<p>I feel for all of those students who took on alot of debt during the good times. At least this year's class can look before they leap.</p>

<p>Even this year we hear about alot of kids with this mindset. It’s perennial…some people just have to learn the hard way. I graduated in the midst of the early 80’s recession and got laid off from my first three salaried, professional level jobs, including the Dept of Defense, in a matter of four years! I was very glad my student loan payments were under $100/month when I resorted to substitute teaching as a way to fill the gaps!</p>
