"In addition to any work experience blah blah blah . . . "

The complete question: "In addition to any work experience that you listed on your application, please tell us how you spent your most recent summer vacation."

Sorry for such a stupid question . . . but what if the most recent summer vacation was spent engaged in this previously listed work experience? Mmmm?

i'm pretty sure you didn't work 24/7.

I'm pretty sure they're just looking to see if you didn't sit around all summer

calimarc: I spent most of the summer working at a sleepaway camp. By that token, work did, in a sense, comprise my life 24/7.

You could maybe open with something like, "my summer vacation was one giant work experience, and a pretty great one at that..." then kind of explain how summer camp really was more than just work, it was life and what you learned or the bonds you makde or something.
I mean, if you really don't have another option...

Right on, that works.
