<p>Anteater v. Bruin?</p>

<p>Hmmmm, let me thing about that!</p>

<p>While a certain sense of relief comes with acceptance to a fine school like UCI, I also can't help but let out a resounding...yaaaaaawn. I don't mean to appear thankless...but as many of you have, I too have pinned my hopes on UCLA. I just need the bastards to let us transfer students know our fate.</p>

<p>Any other UCLA hopefuls in elsewhere?</p>

<p>And for me, UCI was my third choice...so I should be happy...right?</p>

UCD ... waiting</p>

<p>And a note to some of you...I have been very impressed with UCD's communication with me. No UC has attempted to get me relevant information before I have even been accepted like UCD. So if you guys are considering a good back up to UCLA, I think UCD might make you feel at home.</p>

<p>Amusing anecdote: UCI misspelled "Philosophy" under admission summary major. ;)</p>

I know what you mean about UCI. It's certainly a very decent school...it's just hard to get excited about it.</p>

<p>Hahaha i got 416 dollars from UCLA. i got 9000 a year from UCI... + guaranteed housing. uci doesn't look that bad all the sudden. psh...</p>

<p>regents scholar foolio = 9000 at least.. because i don't qualify for finaid.. i get exactly 9k for merit.</p>
