So for ONE club, I'm in charge of the school club that goes to the conference, I am a state officer for the conference, and I have won awards as a participant.

Do I make three separate tabs in the activities? It takes the entire word count just to describe the duties of the statewide officer position, another word count to describe duties through being in charge of the school chapter, and another word count to describe awards won as a participant.

Or do I put those awards in the "honors" section, even though they're extracurricular?

For descriptions I would jot down some key points. Like “elected statewide officer position, I manage …, … ,… I’ve won state awards such as … … …” It shouldn’t be like an essay, and you should be able to fit it in 100 words hopefully. Don’t go too in-depth.

I would put any awards you’ve won in conferences in “Honors” as long as they are recognized by the school/state. Can’t really hurt you.

The awards hold very little credence outside of the organization that hosts the conference- it’s a Model UN thing so the awards are like “outstanding diplomat of X committee”, but they are given by the organization that has no affiliation to the state or a school

The limit is 150 characters, not 100 words. If you can’t fit it in Activities, put it in Additional Information so it can all be together in a single paragraph. Splitting into three awards or activities is too confusing.
