In dire need of an answer; teacher recommendations!

<p>Well, I have a problem. I received a fee waiver from the University of Vermont. I thought the fee waiver lasted until regular decision, but I realized it is only for early action. Now, I am trying to send everything in. I luckily had the whole Common App done. However, my problem is my teacher recommendations. It is telling me to select a teacher, but I can't because the recommendations aren't in yet. Can I send in the App without the recommendations and they can be sent in later?</p>

<p>I keep trying to send it and then it says "Please identify the teacher(s) who will be completing the Common Application Teacher Evaluation on your behalf for this institution."</p>

<p>I really need an answer. My counselor hasn't emailed me back because we are on school break. The application is due by 12AM! </p>

<p>You can select teacher without them having done it, that just tells them who will be doing it.</p>
