<p>OK, my family's income falls a couple thousand dollars above the HEOP requirement.</p>
<p>But here's the thing, they're 4 people in my family, My brother is already in college, my little brother in high school, I and my mother. My mother earns near the 51,000 range but pays college tuition, high school tuition, and we have a house which has a market value of $300,000 but we owe $325,000.</p>
<p>So she alone pays for all this and more*...but since her base salary falls above the requirement, will i still be eligible? If i submit extra paper work, will it change anything??</p>
