Those statements don’t contradict each other… the article that you cited lists more than just soy and beans (they list all legumes, nuts, and seeds). I said you could complete the profile with a combination of all of those, but not just beans and soy. It would be very annoying to follow your vegan “save the animals” diet when you could just eat meat. And I never said anything about almonds.
