in exercise, is it really true that "no pain, no gain"?

Russell7, I actually am not mad. I am not “cracked out.” I am not a “save the animals” vegan, nor am I even a vegetarian, for that matter. I also don’t attempt to demean others by patronizingly using words like “dear” and “sweetie.” You seem to have a tendency to overreact to statements you don’t agree with and use unnecessarily aggressive or demeaning language to express it. Honestly, being an internet bully is not particularily impressive.

I think college students can disagree without resorting to the sort of testy, retaliatory and frankly sad little insults that you seem to thrive on. I think, honestly, you have some anger issues, which makes it ironic that you imply I am the one who is mad. I’m not sure you realize that about yourself.

As much as you “lol” at my statements, your juvenile inability to disagree without being insulting and petty is arguably more amusing, if also pathetic.
