in general what are my chances

to tell you a little about myself
i have a 3.0 unweighted 3.3 weighted, i go to a Large competitive public school. i scored only a 22 on the act :(. i want to go into computer science no matter what. what are my chances at schools like purdue, illinois institute of technology, rochester institute of technology, georgia tech, wentworth institute of technology, university of minnesota twin cities, university of illinois urbana champaign, bradley, carnegie mellon, floridia institute of technology, university of pittsburgh, northern illinois university, depaul, and michigan state university? so far those are the schools i believe im going to apply to. for all my years of hs ive been in one club and one sport. while i know my grades are not stellar i at least am going up. first two years had as low as 2.6-2.9. junior year ive had 3.2 and a 3.4(all unweighted).
i know some of those schools are long shots but id like to know my chances at most of those. i am unhappy with my act score and im gonna try to raise it hopefully. if i had a higher act score would it give me a lot better chance to get into some of those schools? and what would i have to raise it too?

thanks

edit
oh also while i may statistically not be the best candidate i do consider the subject of "computer science" a passion of mine. ive been on my own studying subjects that interest me including programming, computers, etc. im hoping on writing a very persuasive admissions essay.

no chance at carnegie mellon. i don't know about the rest

purdue- unlikely
illinois institute of technology- match
rochester institute of technology- unlikely
georgia tech-?
wentworth institute of technology-?
university of minnesota twin cities-?
university of illinois urbana champaign-?
bradley-?
carnegie mellon- unlikely
floridia institute of technology- match
