In need of serious help

I have some serious depression and anxiety problems that have really taken over my life. Right now I am no longer eligible to graduate (I'm a senior). Does anyone have advice or similar experiences? My parents don't care... My friends don't care.... My teachers don't care... Everytime I try to get in touch with a psychiatrist I'm ignored. I feel so lost.

Try to find a better psychiatrist. :frowning: The ones who ignore you are straight BS.

I’m so sorry. :frowning: try taking an online class this year and just work on it none stop! If you live in Oklahoma try A+…and idk what to say about teh psyciastrist…sorry

Try [this website](Mental disorders and mental illness)

I am so sorry :frowning: This breaks my heart
Take a couple weeks just to relax, do what you want, and just try and think about yourself. I think that if you want to continue and have a great life, you have to think about what you want in life. Once you figure that out I think everything will be easier.

My mom went through a similar thing when she was in college because she couldn’t afford to live on campus and had to commute from home, so she had no friends at school and was miserable. She took just a week off and just started thinking. She made it through her hard times with a good psychiatrist. She also had bad family problems.

Listen to great music. Watch great movies. Find a better psychiatrist. Make sure your friends, teachers, and parents understand that you are SERIOUS and you’re not just joking. Also the website Tumblr actually really helps. We’re here for you whenever you need help. I am so sorry :(
