Hey guys im going into Engineering when I go to college. I was told that its beneficial to get an MBA, i know it has something to do with business.
What is an MBA exactly how do I get one?
What is a BSE?? Can someone break all this down for me...
I know I sound like an idiot asking these dumb questions that may be obvious to you, but can someone tell me what all these different degrees are, how I get them, and how I use them??

-Thanks!

So in a very small nutshell, a BSE stands for Bachelor of science in Engineering. That's the degree you get at some schools after completeing an undergraduate program in engineering. Some also offer things like BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering), as an example.

An MBA is a whole different ballgame. That stands for Master of Business Administration. Generally, people get their MBA after finishing their undergrad schooling. It takes a couple more years (don't know exactly how many). There are some joint bachelor's/MBA programs, I'd guess, and I know there are joint MD/MBA programs at many schools.

Hope that helped a little.
