In NEED of your expert advice!

Hi Im in a jam right now

So I'm in this math class thats weighted but its very hard and I want to drop down, but the class next is unweighted but very easy

And if i did this i was going to move from regular history to honors history but people say the teacher is ****

what should i do plz

im also in ap bio ap stat an honors english

11th grade

ty

Tough it out and make the most of this important academic year. Unless you’re failing, in which case you should drop down.

Try harder. 4+ hours of homework is nothing.

What math are you in? Why is it hard? Is there only one honors history class? Don’t take the honors class if you don’t feel as though you would do well in it because of the teacher.

Wait, nevermind I read the thread wrong.

Stay in the math class. an 80 in an honors class is better than a 85 in a non honors class.

why the heck would you ask for academic advice here? you already know that everyone will just tell you to take the hardest class possible

If you know you cant pull off at least a B in the class, drop. Cs are not good, weighted or no.
You have the rigorous classes, but don’t forget extra/co-curriculars.

Are you in complex analysis?
Anything calculus III and below do not deserve “its very hard and I want to drop”.

No such thing as “you can’t pull off an A”.

^ LOL YES THERE IS.

There’s this girl in my bio class that works really hard, but she’s just very unintelligent. There’s no way in h3ll that she’s going to pull off an A.

im sure i cant get an A in the hard one but im sure i can get an A if i drop down

Wow, this reminds me of me dropping my AP English class haha. I would just look at it from a different perspective. Do you think you could handle the work? Is it going to ruin your life? Are you going to have time to do your other homework? If you are answering no, yes, and no, then I would consider dropping it. However, if you think you could handle it, I would try it out:) Best of luck!

Any guesses on where Karver matriculated?
