Speaking of costs - NUin doesn’t take financial aid. What about the UPlan? That’s not financial aid but rather a headstart savings plan that the school accepts for tuition. Did any of you former students use this?

This is a little random…I was looking at the classes offered for each location, and they all have 3 REQUIRED classes and then just say “Choose 2:” and offer a list of 4-7 classes…Do I have to choose two or can I take the 3 Required and take like 1 from the “choose” thing because i don’t need those subjects for my major…(Ex: I don’t need a Bio class for Arts Media and Design but they offer it anyways…(?))

I’m about 90% sure to be in the NUin program this fall
Just want to have some advices on where to go… I’m a major in Communications Studies so the choices are down to England/Greece/Ireland
Would Greece’s recent economic crisis affect too much during my stay there?

Thanks all in advance! I’m from Vietnam so unfortunately I cannot go to the upcoming info day :(

@giantapple All countries are awesome and have their own unique experiences so choose which one you believe would be a once in a lifetime experience. Some don’t choose a country because they plan on vacationing there at some point in their lives and others choose based off of others decisions. As I’ve said, all sites are great. As for Greece, you are separated from the downers of the crisis and there is no threat if you were to attend the American College of Thessaloniki. Many say it’s great because their classes tie together with the crisis and they can see it before their eyes. There shouldn’t be any worries about Greece :)
