In response to the overwhelming gf/bf threads

My gf and I have been having some problems lately. Earlier this afternoon she came over, saying she wanted to talk. So we start talking and suddenly, out of nowhere, she starts yelling and cursing at me. I was completely taken aback so I didn't really say anything. And then, all of a sudden, she lands a hard right to my chin. I nearly fell over. As I recoiled she starts punching me with both fists, right in my face. I thought for sure I was going to die. Luckily, I was able to get to my dresser, where I have a pair of nunchucks stashed away for these kinds of moments. She ran away before I could use them.

Anyway, my question is this: do you really think she's angry with me?

No she's just playing with you.
Of course she's angry, I don't know if it's with you or something terrible in her life but happy relationships don't consist of the gf beating the guy and yelling the crap outta him and running away when he threatens to use a weapon.

You need to talk to her in a calm matter or get someone else to talk to her to see what the heck is going on.

Um... is this supposed to be a joke? No offense if it isn't, but the part about the nunchuks seemed kinda fake and sarcastic. It's hard to tell if this is serious, because it doesn't sound like it is, but there's no direct proof of sarcasm, either.

Oh my gosh if it's a freakin joke I'm never answering a help thread in my life again. This will be like the 2nd time today. These kinda things are really not funny you know. Actually it's kinda irritating to read and type out a response to find out it's a joke.

Sorry, that's flat out WRONG.

Obviously, she was trying to engage in something kinky, probably something she saw on Oprah a few days ago about spicing up your sex life. You witnessed her sadistic side, I think its time to break out the handcuffs and leather.

i say you whooop her ass

The fact that she can beat the living .... out of you is scary in itself.

Break it off. File restraining orders. Get away from it.

I believed you right up to the nunchucks part.

And when she just starting punching the crap out of you, you winced like a dog and retreated? j/k.

Dude if you're serious, sue because of "trauma" and get load of cash....it's the american way

VICIOUS!!! YAHOO!! FEisty person...shes a keeper

That is really weird. Ok... Well have fun!

LOL. Well, had the genders been reversed, everyone would be telling the girl/victim to be running in the opposite direction as fast as she can since this would be a clear sign of an abusive relationship... therefore, even thought you're the guy, you should steer clear of this.

I just don't trust posts like these- I mean whether a joke or not (and I suspect it is) duh she's angry with you! Or she's just violent.

bet she could get crazy in bed.......if this is some mock to my gf thread then....it just shows you're jelous that you can't get a girl to argue with :)
