Is 30 SAT points really enough for an entirely new thread?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-north-carolina-chapel-hill/713562-chances.html

thanks for your absolutely unnecessary comment! there’s no need to be rude, intangiblegator. I would appreciate actual feedback, not pointless comments.

…i agree with IntangibleGator…and he’s not being rude, you are…

30 points isn’t going to make a bit of difference…and you really need Math II subject test for placement, but you don’t even need it until you’re accepted so it doesn’t really matter right now…

IS you look like you’re in good shape. and i third what IntangibleGator said.

Does it matter if it’s enough? If this person thought that making an entirely new thread was important, just let them do it. It’s not like the thread police are going to come and limit the number of threads you start.

I think you’re in good shape as well!

I wasn’t trying to be rude. I just think it is more of an act of hubris to make multiple “chance me threads”.

You clearly know your chances at this point.

sorry for being rude, everyone. i’m not trying to make multiple threads to boast anything about my application at all, it’s just that unc is one of my top picks and i’m really really anxious and nervous about whether i’ll get in or not. that’s all.

I don’t think you were being rude at all. Everybody gets anxious about these things, and College Discussion is here for you to post threads. :)
