In-State Computer Engineering Chance

ACT: 32E, 32M, 34R, 34S (freshman year)
35E, 31M, 35R, 32S (sophomore year)
33E, 35M, 35R, 32S (this year)

I'm also signed up for the October test date and if all goes well I could get a 35 (with a higher science score)

I go to a large public high school in Illinois, with a class of 600. My class rank is 1, but my school doesn’t send rank to colleges. They do send the highest gpa of the class, so I’m not sure if they will consider that. I’m graduating in 3 years (this year), and while I’m not sure whether that is a good or bad thing in the eyes of the admissions counselors, it forced me to take the most rigorous schedule in my class. I took AP U.S. Government freshman year, AP Chem, U.S. History, Micro and Macro sophomore year, and am taking AP Physics C, Calculus BC, English Language and Composition, Computer Science, and Stats. I’m not sure whether to provide my unweighted or weighted GPA, 3.96 (just a b in first semester sophomore English), and 4.9 respectively.

My extracurriculars are:
Wrestling freshman year: varsity letter, JV conference 1st place, a couple other small tournament 1st places
Tennis all three years: JV with 3rd place in conference
Swimming this year and last: varsity
Math team all three years: State qualifier freshman and sophomore years, don’t know about this year yet
Mu Alpha Theta: founder and president (this year only)
Middle school math club: founder and coach of a local middle school math team (this year only)
Math circle: founded a math circle that meets for 3 hours a week on Sundays, I lead the meetings. Pretty informal, but we’re working on a website that should be ready by the time the applications are due. (Sophomore and this year)
Some other miscellaneous small awards and such.

I’m applying to computer engineering by the priority deadline, what do you think my chances are? Any thing I can do to improve my application before I submit it?
