In-state major acceptance

I haven't been admitted yet, but a great deal of people on the UT '19 facebook page have been admitted.
So if you would like, please post your stats and your new major!

DS was auto-admitted to UT in October. His online status just changed to show acceptance to Comp Sci major in CNS. Still waiting on Dean’s Scholars and Turing Scholars honors programs.

2290 SAT
3.9 gpa unweighted, 4.29 weighted
3/122 from a highly competitive school

APs:
Comp Sci - 5
Calc AB - 5
Physics B- 5
Statistics - 4
US Hist - 4
World Hist -4

Taking AP Calc BC, AP Physics C, AP Gov’t, AP Euro History, dual credit Econ, Advance Robotics and Engineering plus Spanish III and English IV this year.

33 credit hours from dual credit enrollment (including 3 semesters of college programming)

Ok ECs but stong essays and recommendations.

Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear about their majors!!

Doubt my stats are relevant as I’m an auto admit, but nevertheless:

33 ACT
3.85~ UW (16/443 - Top 3.6%)

Applying for CS and EE as well as the honors programs. Still haven’t received a response about major, but was already accepted into the university itself.

As an auto admit, you’re major acceptance is holistically reviewed.
