In-state Tuition After Parents Establish Residency?

I will be attending UC Berkeley in Fall of 2015 as a freshman. Currently, I am an out-of-state student and am financially dependent upon my parents. If my parents move with me to California and establish their residency, will I be able to pay in-state tuition starting my sophomore year?

Each case is different but, probably not

“Adult students cannot derive residence from a spouse or parents”. They have to have moved before you turned 18 and have lived in the state, paying taxes, for a minimum of 1 year.
If your primary purpose in arriving to California was for educational purposes, you are a full pay student for tuition purposes for all 4 years.
