I was wondering does anyone know what colleges or university outside of Illinois that offer Illinois residence instate tuition? The second question I am a Illinois residence looking to go to Georgia State, which will be my Junior Year, Is their anyway they willpossible offer me instate tuition?

There may be schools just bordering the IL state line that have reciprocal agreements w/your state. You need to pull out a map and see what schools are near IL population centers near the state borders. These reciprocal agreements are to entice area students to attend, even if they are just over the border.

I highly doubt GA State would offer you the instate rate. No chance.

Actually, there is a chance, depending on your qualifications:

If you live downstate, have you considered schools in Missouri? If you live in the St. Louis metropolitan area and in the state of Illinois, you might qualify for in-state tuition at the Univ of Missouri St. Louis.

Some states are easy, some are difficult. If you don't mind getting married, that sure eases things. I married my wife in college and in addition to gaining the option of in-state tuition (I graduated immediately after that, so it was moot), we also only had to list one another's income on financial aid documents resulting in higher aid packages.
